How are your kitchens so competitively priced?

We pride ourselves on providing luxury, fully assembled kitchens at lower prices than the old-fashioned flat-packs. Our products are sourced directly from the supplier to ensure low prices. We also have no overheads or lease agreements. All this is part of making the price cheaper for our customers.

Where are your cabinets, doors and components manufactured?

All of our cabinets are manufactured in state-of-the-art factories in Italy, Germany and Birmingham. All suppliers are KBSA members and have been recognised throughout the industry for their outstanding products.

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, at Waltons Kitchens we offer a full installation service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen goes as smoothly as possible.

Do you offer a home measurement service?

Yes, we can arrange to visit you and measure your kitchen and listen to your ideas. Or if you prefer, you can take some measurements yourself and send them to us at customercare@waltonskitchens.co.uk so that we can start your plan. Alternatively please contact us on 01225 374 500 / 07889 596 478 to make arrangements.

Do you offer a free design service?

Yes, we offer a completely free service to design your kitchen. You will have a personal meeting with one of our expert designers, who will produce a 3D CAD render of your room based on your ideas, giving you an understanding of how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. After this design meeting, you will walk away with a detailed plan, followed by a quote. It couldn’t be easier.

Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?

Yes, all kitchens come with a guarantees and are broken down as follows:

  • Units – 10 years
  • Doors – 10 years
  • Mechanisms – 10 years
  • Blum Mechanisms – lifetime
  • Worksurfaces – various depending on material

Where is the wood sourced from to manufacture your kitchens?

All our suppliers resource their wood from responsible origins, this ensures the manufacturing process is as friendly to the environment as possible.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

When do I need to pay?

A 50% deposit is required when your order is placed. A second payment of 35% is then required before the goods are delivered, with a final 15% retention payment made once the installation has been signed off. Where we are providing a supply-only kitchen, the second payment of 50% is to be cleared before the goods are delivered.

Do you offer any finance options?

Not exactly, but we do accept credit card payments – you then have the option to finance your new kitchen yourself through your credit card provider.

How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?

We normally can offer you a delivery date within 3 weeks of placing your order. As all kitchens are manufactured and are built specifically to each individual order. We will contact you nearer the time to discuss a delivery date to advise a delivery slot. Please bear in mind that installation of the kitchen will need to be worked around our fitting experts.

Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?

Can I change my existing order?

All units are made to order, so if you have any changes to the order, they must be advised a minimum of 14 days before delivery. As your kitchen is built to order, you cannot cancel or amend any items after this date and once the contract has been signed. Extra fees may apply.

How can I change my delivery address?

What if my order arrives incomplete?

If required upon delivery one of our team will be happy to assist you in taking delivery of the goods. Please ensure you check all items delivered on your receipt with the delivery driver. In the unlikely event of any discrepancies, please notify us within 24 hours.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Due to stringent quality control procedures, it is rare to encounter damaged products. In the unlikely event that you have a damage claim, please contact us through our customer care team or alternatively on 01225 374 500 / 07889 596 478.

If you notice any damaged packaging on your delivery, please ensure that you highlight this with the driver and make a note on the delivery note. Please also let us know immediately. We cannot replace items that have been customised or drilled, or customised by you.

In order to assist your damage claim please provide photos.
